About Morning Dew Family Childcare

Our family childcare is eco-conscious, where we educate children beyond gearing up for kindergarten in a family house setting. We aim to provide all children in our care with a clean and safe environment to play and learn.

"We offer a fun" school readiness in a mixed age group from six weeks to five years old. Our play-based preschool program is a perfect place for your child to discover various colors, textures, and creative movements using multiple materials.

We have 20 years of experience working with children in a home-based context and supporting their learning and growth. We provide many open-ended preschool activities to facilitate your child's development in our comfortable home childcare setting.

There are six core classes required by the State of Maryland to earn a childcare license. We have satisfactorily completed this combination of classes over the course, which are in the domains of:

To renew a license every two years, the State of Maryland requires an additional continuing education across these six core areas.
